Anne-Marie Berraute is an associate attorney with Spar & Bernstein, P.C. Prior to joining the firm, Anne-Marie worked for immigration firms in Manhattan with a focus on EB-5 applications, source of funds, regional center annual compliance, family-based immigration cases, removal defense and special immigrant juvenile cases. It was then she discovered her passion for immigration law.
Born in Paris, France, Anne-Marie obtained her Bachelor in International Law from the University Pantheon-Assas, Paris II. She then pursued a dual diploma between the Catholic University of Lyon and St. John’s Law School in New York, NY and obtained her Master of Laws Degree (LLM) in 2018.
During her time at St. John’s Law School, Anne-Marie was a staff member of the New York International Law Review.
Anne-Marie Berraute is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and she is licensed to practice in New York.
