Denise

The beautiful Denise immigrated from Jamaica in 2007 to be with her husband. After her relationship became strained, she came to Spar and Bernstein looking to adjust her status without her husband’s help. Our attorney, Rebecca Lenetsky, was able to file a self-petition for her green card, and we are happy to report that Denise is now a legal resident who didn’t require her husband’s help to gain lawful status. She successfully got her green card thanks to her partnership with Spar & Bernstein!
